Buffered Peptone Water
Buffered Peptone Water is a pre-enrichment, nonselective medium that allows for the repair of cell damage and facilitates the recovery of Salmonella species from food specimens prior to selective enrichment and isolation. Also used as a diluent for food and water samples.
