A. Most Ames products are kept in stock and will depend on the quantity you need. If a product does need
to be manufactured for your order, lead times may vary from 3-14 days, depending on the product.
Most industrial media products are made to order and require a 3-5 day manufacturing/testing lead time.
All products are shipped on optimal days of the week based on their temperature requirements and transit
sensitivity. Weather and holidays are also a factor. Most orders ship 2nd day air, domestically. For
international lead times, please contact your distributor.

A. Our distributors often help all neighboring regions with the ordering process, even if they are not in
your immediate area or country location. MOLTOX works very closely with our distributors who are very
proficient in different country requirements for the importation of our products. They will ensure that all
transportation documentation is arranged in order to get your products to your location safely and in

country and delivered safely to your location. MOLTOX works very closely with our distributors to
